Puff – formally P.Diddy but always Puff Daddy – has been ranked number one on this year’s Forbes list of ‘Wealthiest Hip-Hop Artists,’ topping the list with a massive $700 million. Yes, that’s right, he’s a mere $300 million away from being a billionaire.
The craziest thing is this is very achievable.
Mr Combs is about to release a new album titled Money Making Mitch and Howard University is presenting him with an Honorary Doctorate degree plus inviting him to give the keynote commencement address. He also has his own channel, Revolt TV, and his shares in Ciroc.
Puff made $120 million more than he did last year, mostly due to Revolt TV, his new cable music channel.
Coming in at number two on the list is Beats boss Dr. Dre, who made $550 million, beating Jay Z this year, who is now sitting at number three with $520 million.
Not bad at all but it’s safe to say that Mr Combs is most definitely Charlie Sheen “winning”.
